I. General Terms of Business of CONARO Agencies, Witzke

The subject matter of the following general terms of business is the agency service on the part of CONARO Agencies, Witzke, referred to in the following as Agent, and the general terms of business of the respective service provider, referred to in the following as Lady. The respective recipient of services is termed as Client.
Legal regulations apply accordingly.

1. Contract with the Agent

The Agent organizes contracts between the Client and the Lady for services within the scope of escort services. Details of such services are specified in the general terms of business of the respective lady or in respective individual agreements. The task of the Agent is to organize correct provision of the services requested by the Client. The specific service to be provided by the Lady is not a contractual part of the agency contract.

2. Duties on the part of the Agent

Offers made by the Agent are non-binding. The Agent will seek to organize conclusion of a contract between the Client and the Lady for the services requested.

3. Images and texts relating to services of the Lady from the Agent

Such descriptions are based on data and material relating to the respective Lady. The Agent accepts no guarantee for the contents of such data and material.

4. Payment, Authorisation to accept payments

A separate payment for agency work is not invoiced to the Client. The respective services are accounted for directly between the Client and the Lady. If, in exceptional cases, the Agent is entitled to accept payments, he is authorised to do so accordingly.

5. Venue of jurisdiction

When admissible, Eschborn is the venue of jurisdiction.

I. General Terms of Business for Ladies

1. Type and Scope of services for Ladies

The type and scope of contract services to be provided by Ladies to the Client is specified in the respective agreements entered into with the Client and in these general terms of business.

2. Booking – Conclusion of contract

A contract between the Lady and the Client is only concluded when the Lady has accepted the non-binding booking enquiry from the Client.

3. Payment

Respective payment relates exclusively to the time and company of the Lady and not to any other services. Travel costs are accounted for separately; these are to be paid in advance. The Agency is authorized to receive payments for such purpose. The same applies if the lady requests an advance payment.
The agreed fee of the Lady is to be handed over, unrequested, in cash in an unsealed envelope at the start of the date. Other payment options are excluded.

4. Venue of jurisdiction

When admissible, Eschborn is the venue of jurisdiction.
